PUPPY GUARANTEE
We Guarantee our puppies to be healthy and free from serious diseases (Parvo, Distemper, Etc..) for a period of 72 hours. This period begins when you take posession of your new puppy.
You have 72 hours to take your new puppy to a licensed Veterinarian of your choice for an examination.
This is HIGHLY recommended, and please take in a stool sample to be checked for parasites (this is not covered under the guarantee as they are very common in puppies) .
If the Veterinarian finds a serious problem, the puppy will be exchanged for a new puppy, same sex, and color, as soon as one is available, and provided WE recieve a signed statement from your licensed Veterinarian, signed during the 72 hour period.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
There are NO REFUNDS on puppies.

We are not responsible for neglect, accidents or trauma, and this guarantee does not cover that.
We take great care to give proper vaccinations and wormings to make sure your new puppy arrives to you healthy and happy!
HIP GUARANTEE
Your puppy's hips are guaranteed until the age of 25 months and eyes are guaranteed until age of 12 months. This guarantee only applies to the original buyer of the puppy. If your puppy is diagnosed as having hip displasia or eye disease, it will be replaced with a pup from the same breeding if possible, or the next similar breeding as puppies become available
If your puppy is diagnosed with genetic hip displaysia or genetic eye problems, we must receive documentation from either the Orthopedic Foundatation for Animals (hips) or Canine Eye Registration Foundation (eyes) confirming the diagnosis before the puppy will be replaced. Registration papers and proof of neuter/spay must also be provided before the dog will be replaced.
We will not be responsible for shipping expenses.
THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE WE WILL REPLACE THE PUPPY
Puppy will be microchipped by us and the NEW owner must have the microchip registered
The Puppy must be kept on NuVet Plus Vitamins, which you are given free samples and ordering information. NuVet must be given to the puppy during at least the 2 yr Guarantee period, but we highly recommend you keep your dog on this great supplement for a lifetime. Click on the Nuvet page for more information. Purchaser MUST order NuVet within 5 days of taking the puppy home or the entire guarantee will be null and void.
We MUST recieve written notice and copy of OFA results with the puppy's microchip ID number on the xrays and with the paperwork from the Veterinarian.
So it is VERY important to register your puppy's microchip number with AKC Reunite.
We MUST have this information to identify the puppy did come from our kennel before we will replace it.
